What is an agent?

Agents are the staff members of your organization who interact with your customers, day in and day out, answering tickets and resolving issues. SupportSystem pricing is per agent, but all plans boast unlimited number of customers and tickets.

What is the attachment size limit?

Attachments are allowed via email and the customer portal and are limited individually by their respective size. If an email contains multiple attachments, the individual attachments whose size exceed your plan limit will be dropped. In other words, as long as each attachment’s size is below the plan max, all attachments will be accepted.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! SupportSystem does not require any commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You will be charged or credited the prorated amount for your plan difference or remaining time.

What happens when my trial ends?

You can try any plan free for 30 days! Once your trial ends, we’ll ask for your billing information to continue your paid plan. You may also change your plan at any time by visiting the “Plans" page in the account panel of your help desk.
